Privacy policy

When you request a market brief we collect your work email, the role you select (for example power/cooling sales or construction), and the market or counties you choose. If you arrived from an ad or a shared link, we record the campaign attribution parameters on that link (UTM values). As you use the product we record engagement events — for example that a signal was opened or a source record was clicked — so we can tell which markets and signal types are useful.

To send you the brief you asked for, scoped to your market; to understand which campaigns and markets bring readers who actually use the signals; and to decide where to expand coverage. We do not sell your information.

A welcome email with your market’s current verified signals when you sign up, and a weekly brief for your selected market. Every signal in every email links to the public record it came from. We don’t send unrelated marketing.

We use campaign attribution (UTM parameters) and our own conversion events to measure which ads and pages lead to signups and engaged readers. This measurement is tied to campaigns and markets, not used to build advertising profiles of you.

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the product — email delivery (Resend), database hosting (Neon), and web hosting (Vercel). Your information is shared with them only as needed to operate the service.

We keep your signup information while your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending and suppress your address; if you ask us to delete your information, we delete it.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can manage what GridFreeze watches for you on the preferences page. To unsubscribe or request deletion directly, email gridfreeze@shaachi.com and we’ll handle it.
